goPhysio celebrates 20 years in business in July 2021 and to mark the ocasion, we are offering a range of free workshops, classes and taster sessions at our clinic and studio in Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh. Pilates has grown in popularity hugely in recent years. <a href="https://gophysiotherapy.co.uk" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">goPhysio</a> have been offering specialist, clinical (physio-led) mat Pilates classes in Chandlers Ford since 2008, starting with just 2 classes! Pilates is now a huge part of what we offer at goPhysio, with our new Pilates arm, <a href="https://gopilates.online" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">goPilates</a>! The benefits are just wonderful for both body and mind. If you want to enjoy a healthy and active life, with balance, strength, flexibility and control, you need Pilates in your life!Pilates really is a unique and powerful activity, that teaches you to move efficiently. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, a competitive athlete, retired or living with a long term condition, Pilates can be adapted for all ages and levels of fitness. Important information <ul><li>Please note, our Pilates studio is located on the first floor, so you need to be able to go up and down stairs independently to join a class. If you are unable to use stairs, we are happy to arrange a session in a ground floor space, so please do get in touch. </li><li>Pilates exercises will involve getting up and down off of the floor, so please ensure you are comfortable doing this. </li></ul>
