A kind beginning: Emotional and energetic renewal for the year ahead

Free Menopause Support Meeting

Looking for a welcoming space to talk about menopause? Join us for a free, in-person support meeting where you can share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others going through similar changes. Whether you're just starting or well into menopause, this is a relaxed, friendly gathering designed to support and empower you. Come along, bring a friend, and let’s navigate this together!

Our first group meeting of the year takes place on Monday 12th January, 6–8pm.

PLEASE NOTE: We will be meeting in the George Wing, Room 1. This is next to the finance office - see 12 on the map.

January can be a powerful time for kind intention-setting rather than pressure-driven resolutions, especially for women navigating menopause. This month’s talk will be given by Jodie from Cotswold Healing Therapies and will be an invitation to better understand the emotional and energetic shifts of menopause, gently rebalance the emotional load we so often carry, and explore how self-compassion can help support our energy on a daily basis.

Alongside the physical symptoms of menopause, many women find the emotional symptoms particularly challenging—anxiety, emotional highs and lows, and irritability are regularly mentioned in our group meetings. During the talk, Jodie will be sharing simple tips and tools that you can take away and begin using straight away.

We’ll also enjoy a deeply relaxing guided meditation, allowing time to connect, reset, and gently set intentions for the year ahead.

Please do join us for this opportunity to relax, connect with others, and explore how to create the emotional and energetic shifts you truly deserve.
