A great way to start your week is with a Class on Monday Mornings at 9 am for 40 minutes each session; if you desire a super boost, you can do both. On the same registration just log in just before the class starts so we can start on time.

Julie Ann is the founder of Love in the Breath and Sovereignty Breathwork, She has over 24 years experience of in conscious breathwork and has been running Breathwork Trainings since 2004. She has worked with many different breath schools to offer you the very best tools to reach your true potential.

What does this session include?

Weekly inspiration about the power of Sovereignty Breathwork.

Start with Kundalini Movement and dance to open your heart and expand your breathing capacity, you can do this off-camera if you wish.

We will move into the lying down breathwork meditation all with inspirational music.

You will be given full guidance for beginners new to this work, on how to breathe and how to let go for your maximum health and well-being.

The meditation includes an intention -setting

At the end, you can share with the group your experience of the session if you wish.

If you have any questions, please ask and I will stay with you until 8 am or 10 am

This class started in 2020 and we will continue on Feb 7th 2022 xXx

What do I need for the session?

Create a comfortable space before the session, where you can lie down and breathe flat on your bed or the floor. You could use a yoga mat or folded duvet with a pillow for your head and a blanket or two, if it's cold.

You can sit on a soft comfortable chair, sofa or blackjack, your head and your back needs to be supported, so you can get the most out of these sessions.

If possible, please place your camera so I can see how you are breathing clearly from the side of your body, then I will be able to offer you guidance to open your breath more fully, for your maximum benefit x

You might want to prop your phone or tablet up against something solid like a chair with some books by your bed.

Who is this suitable for?

These sessions are suitable for complete beginners, offering you around 20 minutes of guided breathwork to introduce you to this work in a gentle way x Some regular breathers also join us as it's a great way for anyone to start the week x

What's next?

There will be 15 minutes available at the end of the session if anyone needs support or who has questions or feedback.
