Supporting women to improve their confidence and awareness when protecting themselves.

PSBL and Modern Arnis Martial Arts &amp; Self-defence have teamed up to offer a series of FREE weekday classes to women 18+ with childcare provisions.
Our self-defense classes which are female only are designed to teach the women in our community to defend themselves in a safe environment. The sessions will focus on de-escalation techniques as well as active self-defence and most importantly confidence building.
Classes will be running across February to March 2023
