My name is David Forbes a Nutrition and Health coach, based part-time in Montrose and for almost 25 years I’ve been helping people improve their wellness, vitality and whole-body health.Every Friday I provide FREE “Wellness Evaluations” which includes: • A 45min informal face-to-face chat about your health-goals. I use a Body Composition Monitor for your readings (Body Fat%; Hydration; Lean Muscle; Metabolic Rate; Metabolic Age; Bone Density and Visceral Fat levels) Bare feet only required! • We discuss your readings, what they mean and any you may wish to improve. • You’ll learn what your body needs to be strong and healthy • Based on this information I’ll be able to recommend how you can make improvements, including a personalised Wellbeing Programme as an effective option.
