Hammersmith & Fulham Volunteer Centre invite you to attend the following course:

Developing Volunteer Roles

on Wednesday 13 September 2017 from 9.30am - 13.00pm

at HFVC, 148 King Street, Hammersmith W6 0QU

Free Registration

This session will help managers and volunteer organisers from West London third sector organisations to design and create new volunteering opportunities. Participants will think through how to integrate new roles with existing positions and how to use volunteer roles to strenghten their organisation's sustainability and effectiveness.

  • Identifying your organisation’s needs

  • Motivations of potential volunteers

  • Identifying new volunteer roles and developing existing roles

  • Writing role descriptions
