Business Networking ‘Netwalk’ Event in Southampton for mums in business

What to expect

The Freelance Mum netwalks are business networking events, designed for you and your business, to make connections with likeminded women, grow your business, with fresh air and fresh thinking!

They start with an hour of gentle walking, to get you focused and get the ideas going. Followed by hot drinks and business focused activity, inside The Solent. Finally, there is the option to stay from 13:00 -14:00 for co-working and really maximise your day.

Typical subjects covered later at The Solent are, goal setting, lead magnets, social media tips, ideal clients, business and well-being, video tips. These are just examples and ideas are always welcome.

Where is it?

We meet at Solent Hotel, for a netwalk in the near by area.

Who can attend?

This is a business networking event for women in business and children are always welcome. You are welcome to bring your toddler/children and the walk will always be at the pace of the slowest toddler! You will have a chance to connect with other mums in business, grow your network and support your business.

More than just a netwalk

Before our netwalk we have an 'icebreaker' session to get to know each other and after our netwalk we have a chance to grab a coffee and hear from other women in business in '5 minutes with' or sometimes a session with a guest speaker.

If you can't make it in the end

Don't worry, we get that sometimes the best laid plans fall through so if you no longer need yours or your childs ticket, please remember to cancel the place, so another member is able to use it. Thank you. We can’t wait to see you!

Information for non-members

Come and try us for FREE for 30 days! This includes the netwalk and our weekly digital coffee mornings!

As with all Freelance Mum events, they take place whatever the weather - unless there is a severe weather warning. In the event of rain, activities may be adjusted.

These netwalks are supported by weekly online Coffee Mornings, for connections and conversations in between netwalks. There are additional netwalks in hubs across the country, which are part of the Freelance Mum membership.
