This run is for those who show up, no matter the time, no matter the weather. Whether you’re just starting out or have been running for years, you’re welcome.

We’ll move together at a steady, social pace of 6:00 min/km, perfect for connecting, building consistency, and starting your day with intention. This run is lead by Seth from local legends.

After the run, stay for a warm coffee ☕ and connect with the community before heading into your day.
