This year’s Friday night talk explores the traditional English custom of Giants. A longstanding and much-loved part of our weekend, these towering figures are instantly recognisable and rich in history.

The panel - led by Keith Leech MBE, with contributions from Rodger Molyneux, Stephen Rowley and Dr Sian Evans - will discuss how some of these well-known giants were created, how they became part of the folk revival of the 1970s, and how they continue to play a key role in cultural events today.
