Full conscious connected breathwork session facilitated by Deborah Maloney-Marsden.
Conscious connected breathwork is a dynamic full bodied breathing practice. The practice allows us to access our body, our feelings, our memories, our higher self for integration, self development and inner work. It is also a powerful way to build a conscious community, coming together to heal collectively and build strength in our vulnerability.
This session is 1hr 30 min and consists of a short introduction to breathwork, followed by a dynamic breathe to a powerfully curated playlist. This powerful breath is incredible for our health and mental well-being relieving stress and tension. This breath helps build resilience in our nervous system and deepens our connection to our body and our intuition.

NB: This breath is not yogic breath or functional breathwork, it is a powerful healing modality that allows us to explore altered states of consciousness.
It is a practice that needs ot be consistent to get the most from it, it is recoemmneded you commit to trying 3 sessions at the start.

High Blood Pressure
Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack
Aneurysm or stroke
Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or psychosis in the last 10 years
Uncontrolled diabetes/thyroid
Any major surgery in the last 6 months
Glaucoma/detached retina
Pregnancy
Untreated PTSD
Epilepsy
