Friday Wind-Down Sound Bath- Ease into the Weekend | Exeter

Kalendar HallExeter, England
Friday, Feb 20, 2026 from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm GMT
Overview

Finish the week properly. Deep rest, soothing sound and space to fully switch off so your weekend begins calm, grounded and unhurried.

A calm hour for busy minds

Most people who come to our sound baths don’t meditate.
They’re simply tired — mentally busy, wired at night, and needing a proper reset.

This is an hour where nothing is required of you.

You lie down, get comfortable and close your eyes while gentle sound fills the room.
No breathing techniques to follow.
No chanting.
No pressure to “do it right”.

Many people drift between wakefulness and sleep, and often notice they sleep more deeply afterwards.

If you’ve been curious about sound baths but unsure what actually happens — this is a safe, welcoming place to try it.

What to expect

• A calm, guided arrival
• Time to settle and get comfortable
• Around 45 minutes of immersive sound
• Quiet time afterwards before leaving

You can move, adjust, or sit up at any time.
You won’t be singled out or asked to participate.

Please bring

A yoga mat or something soft to lie on
A blanket (you’ll cool down as you relax)
A pillow or cushion for comfort

Comfort matters — the more supported your body feels, the easier your mind switches off.

Many people return regularly and use this as their weekly reset.

You’re welcome exactly as you are — restless mind included.
