From Clutter to Clarity: Decluttering as a Spiritual Practice (3 wk course)

By The Salisbury Centre SCIO

Overview

Ground your nervous system, ease overwhelm, and create spaciousness with gentle, community-led practices for deep feelers.

What if decluttering could be more than tidying your home?

In this 3-week journey, we’ll approach decluttering as a spiritual practice - a way to cultivate gratitude, presence, and discernment. Together, in a supportive community setting, we’ll explore how letting go of the excess can make space for what truly matters while taking gentle inspired action together.

For deep feelers and sensitive souls, clutter can quietly heighten stress and overstimulate the nervous system. This course offers gentle, grounding practices to help regulate your body and mind, so that each step of decluttering feels calmer, more spacious, and more sustainable.

We’ll blend guided practice with personal reflection, weaving in principles from the KonMari Method® and Swedish Death Cleaning, alongside mindfulness and legacy-focused approaches. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, seeking calm in your space, or simply longing for clarity, you’ll be held in a warm, respectful environment.

50% of proceeds will go to support the centre 💛
