From field to fork

Anneport BayJersey, St Ouen
Tuesday, May 19 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm
Overview

This walk and talk, takes you to a traditional working farm which sits on the edge of the Park.

Join us on a captivating walk that leads you to the traditional Anneville Farm, nestled on the Park's border. Discover the joy of good food at this 18th-century farmstead, transcending the traditional 'field-to-fork' journey.

At the farm, you’ll meet Justin Le Gresley, a third-generation farmer, who will share insights into organic farming and what it means to grow food in balance with nature. You’ll also meet Vicky Boarder, co-founder of the on-site kitchen Binney and Boarder, whose seasonal cooking celebrates the connection between field, farm and plate.

Together, they reveal the journey from soil to table and the deeper relationship between land, farming and the food we share.
