What do I need to bring with me?

Bring a bottle of water, A cosy blanket and a pillow or cushion of your choice. You may wish to bring your own yoga mat, but the studio provides mats, cushions and bolsters to ensure you will be comfortable. Chairs will also be available for those who feel they can't sit on the floor.

What will I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes that you will feel happy sitting and lying on a yoga mat in. You may wish to wear layers eg T shirt/ sweatshirt as you can feel a little colder with EFT. The yoga studio is a beautiful and peaceful setting and is heated to allow comfortable practice.
