A half-day clinic for small business owners who are tired of the back-end stuff that never gets sorted.
You've got a list. Not your to-do list - the other one.
The "I really need to sort my inbox" list. The "my client onboarding is different every single time" list. The "I've got a Notion workspace I set up with great intentions and haven't opened since" list.
The "I reply to the same questions over and over and have never once written a template" list.
The "there are three versions of my logo in Canva and I don't know which one is right" list.
The "I send invoices manually even though I know there's a better way" list.
That list.
We're not going to talk about it. We're going to work through it.
What is this?
A clinic. Not a workshop.
There's no agenda. No slides. No "here's a framework you can take away and apply when you get home."
You bring your actual business problems - whatever is slowing you down, sitting on your list, or quietly driving you mad - and we help you solve them. In the room. Together.
You might walk in knowing exactly what you want to tackle. You might walk in with a vague sense that something isn't working but you're not sure what. Both are fine. That's what we're here for.
You'll leave with things done. Decisions made. Problems fixed. The mental load a little lighter than when you arrived.
Why two of us?
Because one brain isn't always enough.
Sadie Finch (More Than Admin) works as an Operations and Thinking Partner. She's the person who spots the problem behind the problem - the thing that's actually causing the bottleneck before you've even named it. She thinks in systems, holds a lot at once, and has a very low tolerance for things that are more complicated than they need to be.
Sarah Smith (2-assist) has 25+ years of PA and business support experience. She knows the tools, the tech, the operations and the practical reality of actually running a business or an event behind the scenes. She loves the variety and getting into the detail. If something needs doing properly, she's done it before. Probably hundreds of times.
Between us, we have over 50 years of experience helping small business owners get out of their own way.
Whatever you bring through the door, one of us has seen it. The other one has fixed it.
Four hours. Here's why that matters.
This isn't a 60-minute call where you leave with a to-do list and good intentions.
Four hours means we actually get things done. It means if we pull on one thread and find something else underneath it, we've got time to deal with that too. It means you're not watching the clock.
But here's the thing nobody tells you about a day like this - some of the most valuable moments won't come from us at all.
You'll be in a room with 11 other small business owners. People who are figuring out the same things you are, using tools you haven't heard of, solving problems you've been stuck on for months. The person sitting next to you at lunch might be using a system that changes how you do something completely. The question someone else asks might be the one you didn't know you needed answered.
We've capped it at 12 people deliberately. Small enough that everyone gets proper time and attention. Big enough that the room has real energy and you leave with a handful of new connections who actually get what running a small business is like.
And it's not that kind of networking. No badges, no going round the room, no elevator pitches. Just good people, good conversation, and lunch in the middle of it all.
What might you bring?
The back-end stuff. The operational, admin, and systems problems that have been on your list for too long.
It might be a process that only exists in your head. A tool you're paying for but not really using. A workflow that's held together with good intentions. An inbox that's running your life. An onboarding process that's different every single time.
It might be something you can't quite name yet - a general sense that the behind-the-scenes of your business is messier than it should be and you don't know where to start.
If it's to do with how your business runs day to day - bring it. That's exactly what we're here for.
Who is this for?
This is for you if you run your own business and the answer to "have you got that sorted?" is usually "sort of."
If you know what needs fixing but never have the time, the focus, or the right person sitting next to you to actually fix it - this is your day.
This is not a strategy day or a business review. We're not here to plan. We're here to do.
