Find out how to successfully prune fruit trees and bushes

Grange Park Interpretation Centre

This practical session will teach you the fundamentals of successfully pruning fruit trees and bushes. You will have the opportunity to both learn the theory but also get involved in some practical pruning practice on a number of overgrown fruit trees and bushes, creating healthy productive plants for the future.All materials will be provided but please bring gardening gloves and wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear as the course will go ahead regardless of weather conditions (shelter is available in cases of extreme weather).
Refreshments will be provided during any course breaks, we simply ask for a small contribution towards these.
Free on street parking is available on Mitton Drive and the site is accessible for wheelchair users, please contact us if you have any other requirements which you would like us to know about or that we may need to accommodate
