About this event
- 7 hours 30 minutes
You don’t need to have a particular job title to join this workshop - whatever your role and whatever your experience, the only criteria for joining us are that you want to change something for good, you are open-minded and curious to learn, and you are inclusive of others.
You are the change. Join us in a contemporary and bright venue, where we will provide you with the resources and tools to find your voice; reframing your thoughts, so that you can use your frustration to your advantage.
We offer an optional coaching chemistry session with one of our co-facilitators prior to the session, and a one-hour coaching debrief session within four weeks after the workshop. There will also be an online community platform for all participants to continue the discussion if this resonates with you after the event.

Whether you are an individual seeking personal and professional growth, or part of an organisation making an impact in the world, this workshop is open to anyone wanting to delve into a transformative learning experience.
The workshop is experiential and we will go into the specifics of frustration and change theory from an individual and collective perspective.
Participants can expect a comprehensive experiential workshop including interactive activities, discussions, resource materials, and post-workshop support to reinforce learning outcomes.
In addition to the content and experiences, lunch, refreshments, an optional 30 minute pre-workshop coaching session, and a one hour post-workshop coaching session with one of the facilitators/coaches is all included in the cost.
Unfortunately not. This experience would be difficult to replicate in a hybrid format. However, we do offer virtual sessions throughout the year and would love to see you at one of those. See our website for more details.
If you register and attend the workshop, you will take away copies of any of the presentations or work that you’ve done on the day.
The pre-workshop coaching session is booked via Calendly with one of our facilitators/coaches, you will be given the link once you register for the day.
During the pre-workshop coaching session, we will explain the framing in greater detail and support you in defining your goals for the day, focusing on your current situation and values.
During the post-workshop coaching session we will debrief the workshop and come up with a support plan for the future based on your individual experience and goals.
