Full Circle - A New Chapter for WEEE Scotland
Join WEEE Scotland for an exciting announcement as we unveil the next phase in our mission to lead the transition to a circular economy.
The way we value electronics is changing — and so are we.
Join us for a special announcement as we unveil the next phase of our mission to accelerate the transition to a truly circular economy for electrical and electronic equipment — safeguarding critical raw materials for the future.
The event will open with an engaging contribution from award‑winning Scottish climate activist, environmental scientist and ethical influencer Laura Young (@LessWasteLaura). Laura is widely recognised for her work highlighting the environmental impact of e‑waste — including her successful campaign which led to the ban on disposable vapes — and will share insight into the role collective action plays in accelerating circular solutions.
WEEE Scotland Managing Director, Gerry Docherty, will then outline what the future holds for WEEE Scotland — and what this transformation means for our customers, partners and the wider community.
The final hour of the event will end with drinks, nibbles and an opportunity to connect with our community.
An exciting transformation is on the horizon.
We’d love you to be part of it.
Please RSVP by Monday 16 February 2026.
