House of Now is a sacred space for connection, ritual, healing and empowermentThis is a conscious connected breathwork session suitable for beginner and experienced breathers. This is not a relaxing, mediative or yogic breathwork but a deeply somatic practice using breath, sound and movement to meet parts of ourselves we may sometimes supress. The intention of the practice is not to trigger emotions, but when we slow down, connect and breathe deeper, naturally, we may meet the emotion (energy/charge) we have previously held in and down with our breath. During this session we will work with the powerful energies of the full moon which offer a perfect opportuinity to let go and release.If you are new to breathwork, please check the contraindications below and get in touch prior to booking if you have any questions. There will be a short explanation of how to breathe and what you can expect before we start the practice.Due to the nature of the practice, this event is limited to 8 people with more focused attention and body work.Further event information and address sent upon booking .Natalie, the creator of 'House of Now' in Tonbridge, Kent is a Breathwork &amp; Emotional Release Facilitator working with sound and energy.1-2-1 and small group events for breathwork, emotional release, sound healing and ceremony.This event includes conscious connected breathwork. This is a powerful and dynamic breathwork practice that is not recommended for the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, a history of stroke. By booking a session you confirm that you are healthy and that none of these conditions apply to you.
