Step into your sacred feminine power with Mama Earths embrace.
Hosted by Layla & Lauren, this intimate circle (max 11 women) is a sacred space to reconnect with your body, heart, and feminine power. Through breath, movement, and ritual, we uncover the patterns behind heavy emotions stirred by the Full Moon. With the guidance of Mama Earth and our ancestors, we alchemise & release what no longer serves, allowing for transformation and renewal.
We will:
- Gather together and walk into a lovingly prepared woodland space, adorned with fairy lights, natural altar offerings, and a central fire.
- Begin with intention setting and welcoming each sister, holding sacred space for your transformation.
- Move through the elements:
Fire: energizing breathwork, shaking, lion’s roar, and release rituals
Air: dynamic breathwork and letting go
Water: intuitive, sensual movement to flow and release
Earth: grounding and connection to self and sisterhood
- Experience Lauren’s drumming journey and ancestral meditation, connecting to the full moon’s transformational energy.
- Reflect, journal, and release into the fire to embody letting go and renewal.
- Close with ceremonial sharing, tea, and gentle celebration, integrating the magic of the circle.
What to bring: camp chair, layers to keep warm, optional blanket, journal, special mug if you have one.
Investment: £22 per woman (10% of profits donated to grassroots charity providing aid to Palestine)
