Description
Join us for an evening on the fun, games and challenges of kids UX.
Designing and creating products for children is fun and difficult, with added layers of complexity not found in other industries. We take a look at some of the challenges, trends and best practice in kids UX, such as privacy and compliance, testing with users with short attention spans and our commitment to children to create responsible products.

What she will talk about: "Designing with Children in Mind"
When developing products for children, the important of understanding the child, and potentially the needs of their parent or teacher, should never be underestimated. In digital gaming, whether you’re developing a learning experience or something purely fun, pitching the challenge at the right level is crucial. But make sure the challenge is in the game not in the UX! Lucy will talk about ages and stages of development, balancing the needs of parent and child and how to build user research into a tight agile development process.
