Overview

The activity is adaptable to different ages and abilities. Parents must stay and participate with the children.

The Ojos de Dios (God's Eyes) is a beautiful and meaningful craft activity with roots in indigenous Mexican and Native American cultures, often symbolising protection, spiritual vision, and a connection to nature!

This creative and meditative weaving project serves as a wonderful and easy way to practice mindfulness and the beauty of handmade art. We only need Yarn, scissors and sticks. All provided by Urbanwise London.

No previous experience needed. The activity is adaptable to different ages and abilities. Parents must stay and participate with the children.

Limited spaces available – so book whilst you can!

What is a Fun Palace?

Fun Palaces is an annual, national campaign which encourages people to work together to turn libraries and community spaces into hubs of creativity and activity.

While the official Fun Palace weekend takes place on the first weekend in October, events can take place across the year.

They can be of any size, from a single learn to knit workshop, to an afternoon of music, dance, arts and crafts. Anything goes, as long as your activity is free to attend, open to all and, above all, fun!
