Understand the funding landscape and hear top tips on spotting opportunities and completing funding applications from experienced Development Manager and Hub Manager, Joan Lawrie. J﻿oan is an experienced Development Manager who has a history securing funds for Thurso Community Development Trust. At this session, you&#x27;ll hear from Joan about what she&#x27;s discovered over the years and her top tips on how to navigate the funding landscape, where to get alerts on new funds available and writing a winning application. M﻿embers of the Hub are welcome to contact their Senior Development Officer when applying for funding so that we can have a read over an application as a second pair of eyes. We&#x27;re also happy to offer advice and feedback to members applying for funding if that&#x27;s useful. We have no influence over funders but can share what&#x27;s worked/not worked in the past.
