<p>D﻿eath, dying and funeral planning are difficult to talk about, often more so if you have a communication difficulty.  Our new resource developed from Big Lottery Awards for All funding aims to make the process easier and more inclusive. </p><p>O﻿ur speakers will describe the development of the resource, why they felt there was a need for it and share some stories about how it has been used</p>
