Fusing Frontiers: Coding The Printed Page

Fedrigoni

Oswin Tickler, FE Burman and Fedrigoni present Fusing Frontiers.

Fedrigoni UK

This event showcases the first creative project to explore HP Spark, a new digital print technology developed by Oswin Tickler and HP Indigo based upon creative coding and generative art. What began as an experiment into visualising algorithms in print, led to the development of new digital print processes and software fusing creative coding to the printed page, bringing with it new ways of working. Fusing Frontiers is an exploration of how this approach can inform creative practice.+ Celebrate the collaborative nature of the process behind the project and software during the private view (<a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/private-view-fusing-frontiers-coding-the-printed-page-tickets-376501424897" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">RSVP here</a>) with Oswin Tickler + HP Indigo + FE Burman + Fedrigoni.+ Explore the software during interactive workshops* lead by Oswin Tickler.+ Take home your own unique piece of digital print from Fusing Frontiers, printed by FE Burman on Fedrigoni paper.Private View (<a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/private-view-fusing-frontiers-coding-the-printed-page-tickets-376501424897" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">RSVP here</a>)14 July6pm - 9pmExhibition14 July - 22 July10am - 4:30pmWorkshops*15, 18, 20 and 22 July10 am - 12:30pm or 2pm - 4:30pm* If you are attending a workshop, you must bring your own laptop with Adobe Illustrator installed.
