<h3>SPEAKER PROFILES</h3>Lee Wright - Regional Director, Confluent, Inc - ModeratorLee Wright is the Regional Sales Director of Confluent’s UK+I Enterprise and Public Sector team. His team is responsible for driving new business and managing and growing relationships with existing clients. Lee lives and works in London, and prior to joining Confluent, he was one of the first hires at Elastic in the UK.Matthew Yonkovit - Head of Open Source Strategy (HOSS), PerconaMatt is currently working as the Head of Open Source Strategy (HOSS) for Percona, a leader in open source database software and services. He has over 15 years of experience in the open source industry including over 10 years of executive-level experience leading open source teams (former Chief Customer Officer &amp; Chief Experience Officer at Percona). Matt’s experience merges the technical and business aspects of the open source database experience with both a passion for hands on development and management and the leadership of building strong teams. During his time he has created or managed business units responsible for service delivery (consulting, support, and managed services ), customer success, product management, marketing, and operations. He currently leads efforts around Percona’s OSPO, community, and developer relations efforts. He hosts the HOSS talks FOSS podcast, writes regularly, and shares his MySQL and PostgreSQL knowledge as often as possible.Murielle Brenon - Head of People Business Partnering, EMEA at ConfluentThroughout her career, Murielle has held a variety of Talent, People team, and Leadership roles for tech companies, including open source. Passionate about People &amp; Culture, she works hard to change the outdated perceptions around HR and takes pride in creating a modern and supportive environment for leaders and employees alike. Whether this is using more innovative tools like personal mind maps to build stronger teams or coaching role plays to help coaches manage difficult conversations, Murielle knows first-hand that an effective HR team can be much more than just a support function.Paul Holt - Vice President, Jetstack SecurePaul has spent the last 25 years building and leading sales and marketing organisations building go-to-market business models associated with open-source technology and subscription business models.
