Join us for an engaging, full-day interactive workshop as part of the Future Leaders Programme.

This event is open to Chamber members. If you are not currently a member, and would like more information on membership please contact your@necc.co.uk


These smaller, interactive sessions will explore programme themes in greater depth, giving attendees the chance to develop practical skills in areas such as communication, mentoring and emotional intelligence.

WORKSHOP 1 TOPIC: How to present yourself with confidence and professionalism – online and in person

This session will help participants build presence, credibility and self-assurance, whether speaking in meetings, networking, presenting or communicating digitally.

Who is the Future Leaders Programme for?

The programme is open to individuals who are:

  • New to their role or organisation
  • At an early stage in their career journey (regardless of age)
  • Returning to work after a career break or time away
  • Transitioning into a new industry or profession and building foundational professional skills

Important Information

  • Participation is limited to a maximum of two representatives per member organisation
  • Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Each full-day workshop is limited to 18 participants to ensure an interactive and high-quality learning experience
