Wildscreen have teamed up with Michelin star chef Josh Eggleton to create a pop up evening dining experience exploring what our plates might look like in the future.
Our oceans are in trouble and overfishing is one of the reasons. Part of <A HREF="https://www.facebook.com/events/212644509255974/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Witness the Wild</A>, Future Plates: A Seastainable Supper will deliver an evening of experimental dining examining untapped resources, innovative sustainable farming techniques and the wealth of sea plants growing just outside Bristol.
Come and sea what the food-ture may hold!
