Future plates future chefs is an annual event within the college to discuss sustainable food education for the hospitality sector.

The theme this year is Beans is How: <a href="https://sdg2advocacyhub.org/beans-is-how/" title="https://sdg2advocacyhub.org/beans-is-how/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Beans is How</a>, a campaign designed to double bean consumption by 2028. This workshop will introduce students and delegates to the Beans is How campaign.
