Meet Our Speakers

Jonty Brunyee – Conygree Farm
Jonty Brunyee is a regenerative farmer and champion of sustainable agriculture based at Conygree Farm in the Cotswolds, where he and his family manage a 180-acre organic, pasture-fed and agroecological farm. Jonty grew up on his family farm in Nottinghamshire and after studying Rural Resource Management and Environmental Management, he worked for many years as a farm adviser and consultant before taking on Conygree. He went on to become a Nuffield Farming Scholar and has lectured on farm business management and sustainable food systems. Jonty’s work focuses on building soil health, restoring species-rich grasslands, and diversifying farm income while producing high-quality, pasture-fed beef, lamb and other produce directly for the local community.

Richard Gantlett – Yatesbury House Farm, Wiltshire
Richard Gantlett is a biodynamic and organic farmer from Yatesbury House Farm on the Wiltshire downs near Avebury. At Yatesbury, Richard manages mixed farming enterprises where regenerative principles guide everything from crop rotations to livestock grazing. His focus is on nurturing soil life and biodiversity, working with diverse leys, rotational grazing and low-input systems to build soil fertility and long-term resilience. Richard also contributes to research and education on soil regeneration and holistic farming systems, and has lectured on integrated weed management and agroecological approaches, bringing practical experience to sustainable agriculture debates.

Andrew Jones – Industrial Hemp Processing (Fibra & Guiting Manor Farms)
Andrew Jones is a British entrepreneur and the driving force behind Fibra Crop Solutions Ltd, a company advancing natural fibre materials and industrial applications for hemp and other bio-composites. As part of diversification at Guiting Manor Farms, Andrew has helped establish an on-farm hemp processing plant that turns industrial hemp into high-value fibres and hurd products suitable for applications in construction, insulation, bedding and beyond. This initiative highlights how strategic crop diversification and on-site value-added processing can create new revenue streams and strengthen farm business resilience while contributing to low-input, environmentally sustainable agricultural systems.
