The conference will take place from 9.50am until 3.00pm, after 3pm you will have free time to explore the garden.

By attending the conference in-person you agree to appear in the live stream and recording; you will also be required to sign a form to provide your consent prior to the event commencing. If you do not wish to appear in the live stream or recording, you can attend the conference virtually instead.

Who will your personal data be shared with?

Your personal data is shared only with those departments and staff within the RHS who need access for the purposes set out above. For the purpose of this event, we will not share your details with any external or third party organisation.

How long is your personal data kept?

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes of this event. One month after the event all personal details, including event feedback, will be deleted.
