<P>The course takes the Balanced Scorecard approach to running a successful business.</P>
<P>The balanced scorecard is a <A HREF="http://strategymanage.com/strategic-planning-basics/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">strategic planning and management system </A>that is used extensively in business and industry, government, and nonprofit organizations worldwide to align business activities to the vision and strategy of the organization, improve internal and external communications, and monitor organization performance against strategic goals. It was originated by Drs. Robert Kaplan (Harvard Business School) and David Norton as a performance measurement framework that added strategic non-financial performance measures to traditional financial metrics to give managers and executives a more 'balanced' view of organizational performance.</P>
<H3 CLASS="mb_16">Course Content</H3>
<P>All modules will contain private analysis of your own business, group discussions around nonsensitive data and an interactive learning format designed to help you get the most from every month.</P>
<H2>Month 1 - Finances</H2>
<P>We will take a detailed look at how a profit and loss account, cash flow analysis and balance sheet interact with one another. We will look at how to make business decisions which keep more cash in your business which keeps you more financially secure and comfortable and enables you to invest more readily.</P>
<P><STRONG>This module is specifically designed to help you MAKE MORE MONEY.</STRONG></P>
<H2>Month 2 - Business Processes</H2>
<P>We will take a detailed look at workflow analysis and how you can use each stage of the work process to enhance your business.</P>
