Game Concept discussion - Educator Path
An initial scoping session outlining the literature and background of a proposed 'game' to capture educator expertise development
Interested in games? Keen to help others to grow their teaching expertise? How has your educator identity been shaped?
Drawing on published literature, and your own experiences, I'm aiming to develop a set of questions, scenarios and issues for use in coaching conversations, critical reflections and discussions about how to develop expertise in higher education teaching.
My intention is to develop an 'Education' equivalent to the Publish or Peril game for researchers. Interested in collaborating on developing appropriate characters, questions, issues, game development? Do come along to this scoping session.
