Garden Immersion (Sunday)
Sun 4 June 2017, 10:00 – 11:00 BST
‘Forest bathing' is a form of active mindfulness when walking in nature (nothing to do with swimming!). This 'Garden Immersion' session will take inspiration from this thoughtful practice. At the Centre for Wildlife Gardening we will encourage you to draw upon all five of your senses, helping you to identify local wildlife, native trees and shrubs so you leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and rested at the end of your day.
This event is being run in partnership with the Greater London Authority as part of London Tree Week supported by the Mayor of London.
