An event for young people, activists, and students alike to learn more about how to get involved in facilitating climate action.

We are in a climate and ecological emergency, and it is young people who will be most affected by the decisions local councils and authorities make concerning climate action. The voice and opinions of the youth actively need to be engaged and listened to within decision frameworks, as it is our future that is rapidly disappearing.

Join us for an online event for young people, activists and students alike to learn more about how young people can get involved in facilitating climate action within their local community, and discuss how local authorities can do more to make real changes and engage youth in their decisions. 

We have two fantastic speakers lined up for this event- Scarlett Knowles (Youth Mayor for Hammersmith and Fulham) and Anita Okunde (Former member of Youth Parliament) to share their experiences in climate activism and as young people in this time of climate emergency. There will also be time for discussion and a Q&amp;A with Scarlett and Anita to give your input and discuss how you could get involved.
