GESE: Practising for the Interactive Phase
Event Information
About this event
Trinity's Graded Examinations in Spoken English (GESE) are one-to-one, face-to-face assessments of English language speaking and listening skills with a Trinity examiner, who encourages the candidate to evidence their skills through prompts and authentic interactive dialogue.
The GESE exam is a popular choice in peak periods, as well as for part-time learners, and for optional conversation classes year-round.
This webinar is designed for teachers and school staff who will be running the GESE exam in the near future, and who would benefit from some practical tips and ideas for preparing students for the Interactive phase of the GESE exam. Guidance will be given on what the examiners are looking for, and participants will be provided with useful classroom activities to successfully prepare learners for this part of the exam.
