Funded by the Scottish Government, as part of the their Cyber Resilience Strategy, Cyber Scotland Week events bring people together to learn and feel more confident to:Be able to create a strong passwordBe able to identify internet scamsRecognise fake emails and websitesBe able to identify sources of support in the event of a cyber attackIf you are disabled, are a carer or if your work includes supporting disabled people or carers to be safe online please come along! We will supply devices, or you can bring your own, there will be time to ask questions and you will get a hands on opportunity to have a go. We will provide lunch so that there is a bit of time to have a chat with other people, which might reassure you if you are worried about putting your skills into practice.Do you have any accessibility requirements?
