About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Employee engagement isn't just a metric. It starts with emotions: how people feel about their work and their organisation. It’s influenced by meaningful experiences that are relevant, valuable and memorable that then shape employee beliefs, attitudes and behaviours.

In our session, we’ll explore the emotional drivers behind engagement and how to bring them to life across the Employee Journey. Through a mix of insight, inspiration and interaction we'll look at:

  • Understanding what truly motivates your people
  • Designing experiences that build trust, purpose and connection
  • Creating environments where employees want to contribute, grow and commit

You can expect to leave with fresh, actionable ideas to elevate employee engagement in a way that resonates deeply with your people and delivers the outcomes you need.
