Our second event of 2019 will focus on Staying Well and Independent for as long as possible.  The event is open to all, patients, the public, carers, Third Sector organisations, providers of services and staff
Topics to be discussed during this session will include:
- An overview our Intermediate Care services (care which is considered ‘in between’ e.g. between hospital and home)
- An overview of frailty 
- An opportunity to seek your experiences, views and barriers to intermediate and frailty services 
There will be an interactive marketplace including self-care messages, staying well and independent information and a session on Staying on Your Feet from LiveWire!
