01Founders are leading a tech education revolution spotting untapped talent and welcoming everyone regardless of age, background, culture, or education offering companies the opportunity to recruit the next generation of a diverse workforce through the 01F apprenticeship scheme.All apprentices have been hand-picked and will go through a robust selection pool process before gaining entry to 01F coding school where they will have exposure to at least 12 months of unique peer-to-peer pedagogy to learn technical and critical soft skills and a range of coding languages through projects and problem-solving before starting their apprenticeship with the employer.
