Five Rivers Leisure Centre

GOGA was created to bring disabled and non-disabled people together to be active. It aims to engage the least active communities in fun, inclusive ways.

Discover GOGA Activities on offer!The open day will be a chance to see and have a go yourself at what activities we currently have on offer, including tai chi, walking football, pickleball, seated exercises and fun inclusive games.

Find out about becoming a Volunteer!We are also looking for volunteers to support GOGA activities. This can include: •	Providing one to one or group support and motivation•	Supporting with attending an activity. •	Making tea &amp; coffee•	Help with setting up / clearing away of equipment•	Assisting the leader/coach delivering the activityVolunteering for GOGA can be a very rewarding experience, offering the opportunity to meet new people, gain skills, and overall, have fun!Volunteering for me gives me a greater understanding of exercises that helps older people. l always try and encourage people that I meet to come to the club and try it. - Amesbury Fitness and Friendship Club VolunteerFind out about the experiences of 3 Walking Football Volunteers in the video below:
