The great news is that we have put together a half day workshop for you to help you get off that starting block and tap into this wonderful way of turning prospects into clients and customers, or encouraging your existing clients and customers to spend more with you.
This is a (just over) half day workshop including lunch.
On this workshop you will:
✓ Learn why you should not using be Outlook, Gmail and Hotmail for your email marketing;
✓ Find out the legal way to build a list that won’t upset anybody;
✓ Discover the different types of email marketing platform available and why we recommend Mailchimp to get started with;
✓ Set up your own free Mailchimp email marketing account (no debit or credit cards required!) if you haven't already got on (if you have, please bring your log in details);
✓ Design your own email template using your own brand colours (don’t worry if you don’t know them - we have a sneaky way of finding that out for you);
✓ Learn how to personalise your emails;
✓ Set up and schedule your first email campaign;
✓ Discover how to integrate your email marketing to your wider marketing plan.
This workshop is best suited for:
✓ Small businesses who think they should be using email marketing in the business but are not sure how to get going
✓ Small businesses who are a bit scared of the whole process of how to get going
✓ Small businesses who currently use Outlook, Gmail or hotmail to email their clients and prospects for marketing purposes
✓ Small businesses who have signed up for a Mailchimp account but haven’t got any further than that

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
This workshop is being held at the gorgeous Stonehouse Court Hotel - 3 minutes off the M5 and with plenty of free parking.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
You can transfer your ticket to another event up to 7 days before the workshop you have booked.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, don't worry - you'll be on our master list. Katy will be there to welcome you.
What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately we occur cancellation charges with the hotel, so for cancellations 0 - 5 days before the workshop we will have to charge you a 100% cancellation fee.
For cancellations between 5 - 7 days, there will be a 50% cancellation fee, or you can transfer to a new date or another workshop.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to a business or work colleague, but please do tell us in advance so we know who to expect.
