Writing Spark

Writing workshops designed to help you generate ideas and explore your stories, either fiction or nonfiction. Suitable for beginners and experienced writers alike, these will support writing for self-expression too.

Get Writing is the longest standing group at the Writers Workshop.Every Wednesday there’s a theme and a focus but where you go with it is up to you. No formal instruction, just gentle, playful prompts to bring out your own voice and style in the company of people who love writing and where it takes them.You can write in whatever genre and for whatever purpose suits you. Expect friendship and solidarity as side effects. -Previously run by the founder Beverley Ward and currently facilitated by associate and nature writer Coco Lone Neal.
