AEI is an independent music community, that inspires and nurtures talent. It provides artists (and managers), entrepreneurs and other talented individuals with an infrastructure and environment in which they can grow. AEIs multi channel network of brands includes UKF, Drum&BassArena, TheSoundYouNeed, NCS, & Subsoul, and it runs festivals Detonate, El Dorado and Let It Roll.TECHDEPT. Since 2004 Tech Department have made web apps and software for themselves & our clients, and invested in tech start-ups. In this time they learnt how to create strategic change using tech. The lesson they learnt? Fast strategy + focused action + measure the results. Then repeat. This creates step by step improvement. They call this process The Techdept Bootcamp™.

Getahead Festival is a unique event in which we’ll celebrate life with a diverse range of events within a single space in London, across a 24 hour period. It’s a not for profit venture which aims to positively impact a *billion people* in the next 25 years, helping them avoid mental health issues or better learn how to integrate them.
 
If you’re a fitness fanatic, want to progress your career, boost your startup, simply relax &amp; have a laugh, or rave til dawn we have something for you!

<LI CLASS="MsoNormal">9.30 – 6pm: a practical minded “Wellbeing at Work” conference, with talks, panels &amp; productivity workshops from leading names like Geoff McDonald (ex global head of HR at Unilever)  </LI>
<LI CLASS="MsoNormal">All day: free massage, meditation and fitness classes, great food &amp; goodies   </LI>
<LI CLASS="MsoNormal">1pm – 6pm live music &amp; standup comedy  </LI>
<LI CLASS="MsoNormal">7pm: Radio 1 Xtra’s Melody Kane’s unique dancehall workout No Kane No Gain </LI>
<LI CLASS="MsoNormal">8.30pm: The Tech Off aka ‘the lovechild of TED talks &amp; WWE wrestling’ as seen as at SXSW &amp; Cannes Lions  </LI>
<LI CLASS="MsoNormal">11pm til dawn: 3 rooms of cutting edge music including the launch of our album MIND STATE featuring some of the biggest names in Drum &amp; Bass  </LI>
