We are incredibly pleased to announce our panel of film industry professionals including: Zorana Piggot (iFeatures Executive Producer), BAFTA nominated Gavin Humphries (Quark films), Matt Wilkinson (Stigma Films) & Daisy Allsop (ZeigesitLondon). The session will be hosted by Lucy Ward of Wavelength Films.

Zorana Piggot (Executive Producer, iFeatures) has been working in the UK film industry for more than 15 years, producing award-winning features and shorts. She most recently produced Tom Geens’ debut feature... COUPLE IN A HOLE which premiered at 2015 Toronto International Film Festival where it was selected as one of TIFF2015 top picks by The Guardian and The Hollywood Reporter. The film also won the Jury Grand Prix, Best Screenplay and the Best Film Audience Award at the 2015 Dinard British Film Festival.
Gavin Humphries (Quark films) Gavin is a BAFTA nominated and Cannes winning producer, currently producing Deborah Haywood’s first feature PIN CUSHION for the BFI. He's also Executive Producer at online channel NOWNESS overseeing an exciting slate of content working with leading figures in film, fashion, music, dance and design, such as Nicolas Winding Refn, Naomi Campbell and Wayne McGregor. Credits include feature documentaries BOY CHEERLEADERS for the BBC, seen by over 2 million viewers and sold internationally by Zodiak, & THE PEOPLE VS GEORGE LUCAS (SXSW). Gavin’s produced projects over a number of platforms with Tate Modern, Virgin, Google, Framestore, Channel 4 and the Young Vic Theatre. His shorts have been selected for and won awards at major festivals, including Sundance four times, as well as reaching the final Oscar shortlist three times. Prior to producing, Gavin was a Talent Agent for 5 years. He is an alumni of the National Film & Television.
Matt Wilkinson (Stigma Films) Matthew was a Development Exec at Working Title Films. He was also a professional script editor for the BFI and EON Productions. His production company Stigma Films signed a 1 st look deal with Pathe in 2012 to develop high concept genre films, including Brit List topping sci-fi feature, THE CALL UP, which completed principal photography in 2014. Via Altitude Film Sales, the film has now sold to over 30 territories, and was released in the UK in May, premiering as the closing night film at Sci-Fi London Film Festival. Matthew previously worked on a number of high-end shorts, most notably INSEPARABLE, starring Benedict Cumberbatch and WORM starring Tom Basden which aired on Channel 4. His suburban thriller, SLR, won Best Short at Foyle, was nominated for an IFTA and short- listed for an Oscar. His latest short, ERNESTINE&KIT, written and directed by actor Simon Bird, was part- funded by Creative England and premiered at this year’s SXSW Festival in Austin. It has been nominated for an ITFA. Matthew is currently in post on his latest feature, KALEIDOSCOPE, starring Toby Jones and Anne Reid. He is a BAFTA member and was named one of ‘Creative England’s 50’ as one of the most promising creative producers to watch.
Daisy Allsop (Zeigeist London). Daisy began her career in 2000 in development and distribution, followed by three years in acquisitions for international sales agent and financier Capitol Films. She joined producer Nick Hirschkorn on Five Children & It and helped him launch the film arm of his commercials company Feel Films in 2004. As head of development for Feel she managed a slate of literary adaptations through development, production and distribution, including BBC series adaptation of Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell. She was Associate Producer on Skellig starring Tim Roth, John Simm and Kelly Macdonald. She worked with Enlightenment Films as a consultant and Associate Producer on I Can’t Think Straight and the multi award winning The World Unseen. In 2015 Daisy was selected for the Rotterdam Producer’s Lab, Creative England’s Market Trader, and Lighthouse’s Guiding Lights schemes. Daisy is producing with Screen Star of Tomorrow director David Leon through their company Zeitgeist Films. Their first feature Orthodox (based on the short of the same name) starring Stephen Graham, Michael Smiley and Christopher Fairbank was financed by Ingenious and is sold by K5 and distributed by Soda Pictures, released in early 2016. Orthodox was long-listed for a BIFA for Best Debut Feature. Daisy’s slate includes David Leon’s second feature The Albatross, development financed by Ingenious; an adaptation of novel Tell It To The Bees funded by the BFI, to be sold by Protagonist Pictures, written by Jessica and Henrietta Ashworth and directed by Annabel Jankel; and The Aquarium with director Gil Kenan and financed by Riverstone. As a writer, she is represented at Casarotto Ramsay. Daisy was a founder of Stellar Network UK, a membership organisation connecting professionals in film, television and theatre. She had a radio film review slot on Classic Gold for a number of years and has served on various panels and short film festival juries including Rushes Soho Shorts and the London Screenwriters Festival, and taught numerous script development workshops.
