Bydd yr ail sesiwn hon yn dangos ichi sut i nodi manylion cysylltiadau yn Mailchimp, un ai drwy eu hychwanegu eich hun, neu drwy eu mewngludo. Byddwn wedyn yn manylu ac yn canolbwyntio ar:

• Sut mae grwpiau a thagiau’n gweithio, a sut i’w cymhwyso i’ch data;
• Sut i osod a mewnosod tri gwahanol fath o ffurfiau tanysgrifio, er mwyn eich galluogi i gasglu cyfeiriadau e-bost yn haws;
• Dylunio templed cychwynnol a gallwch ei ddefnyddio i greu eich e-byst.
• Bydd amser drwy gydol y sesiwn i ofyn cwestiynau i'r siaradwr.

Email marketing is one of the most effective ways of communicating with your target audience. Various studies have shown it performs better than social media in terms of creating sales and encouraging your customers to return!

Our ‘Getting Started’ series is back by popular demand and over four weeks, we will show you how to effectively use Mailchimp for your business.

Make sure you don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to be taken through a step-by-step guide to mastering email marketing.

What will the event cover?

Getting contacts on your mailing list is one of the most important steps of using Mailchimp.

This second session will show you how to put contact details into Mailchimp by either manually adding or importing them. We will then go into more detail and focus on:

• How groups and tags work and how to apply them to your data;
• How to set up and install three different types of subscriber forms to enable you to collect email addresses more easily;
• Designing an initial template which you can use to create your emails.

There will be time throughout the session to ask the speaker questions.

Who is this workshop for?

The ‘Getting Started’ series is targeted at beginners, but is also a perfect refresher course for anyone who needs a bit of support in a particular area.

If you’re new to email marketing and wondering where to begin, this series is perfect for you. If you’ve used Mailchimp for a while but not very confident, this series is perfect for you too. If you class yourself as a Mailchimp expert, this course is still great as a refresher course.

Eddy Webb is the CEO of Aberystwyth-based, InSynch, and has over 20 years’ experience in the digital marketing world, working with businesses across all sectors.
