Delivered by Adam Weatherhead: Adam’s extensive background in the non-profit and charitable sectors spans the UK, Australia, and Canada. For 8 years, he led the Nafsiyat Intercultural Therapy Centre, a North London charity offering culturally sensitive psychotherapy to marginalised communities. His leadership there fostered growth and reinforced collaborations with the NHS, councils, and various sector partners. An MBA holder, Adam was honoured with the ‘Companion’ award from the Institute of Leadership for his dedication to charity work. At Compass Wellbeing, he is motivated by the organisation’s far-reaching initiatives and expansive network.
