Whether you’re new to Apple devices or simply need a refresher, this session will guide you through essential tips and tricks to navigate your device more efficiently on a daily basis. You'll learn how to customise your device to suit your personal preferences, stay focused, and enhance your overall experience with the features that matter most to you.

We’ll cover everything from organising apps and settings to using advanced features like

Siri, Apple Intelligence, iOS and more. Drop in with any questions you may have for our specialist in store. Don’t forget to bring your Apple device with you.

Joining an in-store event

Please arrive at the store at least 10 minutes before the start of the session and make your way to the meeting place, Apple, 5th floor. Please bring your ticket with you, either printed or on your phone.

• All of our events are exclusive to My John Lewis members. As a member you are also welcome to book additional tickets for friends and family to attend with you. If you're not a member, it's easy to join.
