  • Hands-On Guidance: Jules will walk you through real examples of Copilot in action, showing how to craft effective prompts, review outputs, and use the tool safely and responsibly.
  • Practical Tips & Best Practices: Understand the pros and cons, when Copilot is most helpful, and when it’s better to stick with traditional methods. Learn how to get reliable results without overcomplicating things.
  • Boost Productivity: See how Copilot can save time by reducing everyday admin, streamlining workflows, and improving overall efficiency.

Why Attend?

Meet the Trainer
Jules Rickman-Jenkins has spent more than 20 years working in performance content marketing, and the last four years doing something most people simply haven’t had time to do: going properly deep into AI so that you don’t have to.

She began exploring generative AI in 2022, well before it became a boardroom conversation. Since then she has personally tested more than a thousand AI tools, invested heavily in her own AI education, and trained business teams across a wide range of industries and organisations.

Jules is known for her ability to take complex technology and make it immediately clear, practical and usable for everyone in the room, regardless of where they are starting from. Her five-star reviews consistently highlight the same thing: she makes AI feel understandable, useful and genuinely empowering.

Her focus isn’t the technology itself - it’s helping people understand how to use it confidently, responsibly, and in ways that genuinely save time.

Today she works as an AI trainer, keynote speaker and consultant. She has sat in rooms with everyone from sceptical MDs to enthusiastic marketing teams, and her approach is always the same: clear, honest, and focused on giving people the confidence to use AI well in their own context.

There are no silly questions in Jules’s sessions - only the questions that will save you months of trial and error on your own.
