Join us for a 60-minute session designed to help you unlock the full potential of your iPhone and iPad. Whether you’re new to Apple devices or simply need a refresher, this session will guide you through essential tips and tricks to navigate your devices more efficiently on a daily basis. You'll learn how to customise your devices to suit your personal preferences, stay focused, and enhance your overall experience with the features that matter most to you.

We’ll cover everything from organising apps and settings to using advanced features like Siri, MagSafe, and more. Plus, you’ll get hands-on practice with the latest Apple Pencil to enhance your creativity and productivity. Don’t forget to bring your Apple device with you.

Joining an in-store event

Please arrive at the store at least 10 minutes before the start of the session and make your way to the meeting place, at the Waitrose Cafe on the Ground Floor of John Lewis. Please bring your ticket with you, either printed or on your phone.
